Returns and Refunds
At SCC Automotive, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of 4WD and car culture products. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Return Conditions

Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return (excluding custom-made products – see point 2), items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. No Returns on Custom-Made Products (Change of Mind)

Please choose carefully: Due to their unique and personalised nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on any custom-made or specially ordered products, including but not limited to custom window banners, custom-fit parts, or items ordered specifically for you.

These items are produced or sourced specifically to your specifications and cannot be restocked or resold.
3. Restocking Fee and Return Shipping

For eligible returns (excluding custom-made products and faulty items), a restocking fee of 10% or greater of the item's purchase price will be applied. The exact restocking fee will be determined by SCC Automotive upon assessment of the returned item and the circumstances of the return.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. You must organise and pay for the return shipping of the item back to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
If your item is eligible for a return based on the conditions above:

Contact Us: Email us at [Your Email Address] or call us at [Your Phone Number] within the eligibility window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorisation: We will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and our return shipping address. Do not send items back without an RA number, as they may not be processed.

Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: Arrange and pay for the return shipping to the address provided with your RA number.
5. Refunds (Excluding Custom Products & After Fees)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days), minus the applicable restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery if possible) with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. In such cases, the restocking fee and return shipping costs (for return to us) will generally not apply if the fault is confirmed by us.
7. Non-Returnable Items
In addition to custom-made products, the following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Items that have been used, installed, or are not in their original condition

Items where packaging is severely damaged rendering the product unsellable
