All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Western Australia, within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak seasons, sales events, or for custom/made-to-order items, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated on the product page or directly to you.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, we may use:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

While we strive for timely delivery, SCC Automotive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or natural disasters.

If you experience an issue with your delivery (e.g., lost or damaged parcel), please contact us immediately with your order number. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. We cannot offer refunds for original shipping costs in such cases.
